Site Description: After working as a general IT Intern at the University of Maryland's Police Department for a few months, I was asked to begin work on a web-based intranet application portal to house old internal business applications recoded (by myself) to PHP. This Portal is even now a work in progress, with applications such as an Employee Rolodex, Fiscal Applications, Overtime Records, and more. Written with Zend Framework, Portal is coded in HTML, PHP, CSS, and has a backend of an Oracle database.

CMSC424 Database Design course. It is a fictional representation of modern online grocery delivery services that utilizes topics learned in the course, as specified in the
Project Spec. A final report detailing the system can be found in the
Database Methodology Report. Alternatively, a

Site Description: In the 2002-2003 school year, I was invited by Mr. Jason Leveille to help him totally redesign our high school's website. While Jason worked on the overall design as well as most of the pages, I contributed where I could, creating department pages, revamping the old calendar system, and other small tasks. The site is written in a combination of xHTML, PHP, and CSS, and is valid xHTML 1.0 strict wherever possible, CSS valid, and Section 508 compliant. School announcements, news, contact information and more is managed via a control panel backend.

Site Description: Towards the end of the summer of 2004 the QOHS Web Team started throwing around ideas for an alumni section to the qohs.org site... one that would authenticate users and protect user information. After only a month or two of planning and design work (early November 2004) the web team launched
http://www.qoalumni.org/. Later, this site served as the framework for our open- source project
Project-Alumni application, created during the summer of 2006. Unfortunately, the site is no longer available, however a very basic demo may be viewed

Site Description: As Quince Orchard's website continued to grow and evolve, the need to centrally manage the numerous dynamic applications used throughout the site, such as News, Announcements, Principal's Corner, Staff Data, and so on arose. In response to this need, we decided to create our own customized content management system to easily update information. Unfortunately, due to the obvious security issues of this application, I cannot post a link to the site here.

Site Description: Based off the idea behind Quince Orchard's custom made Content Management System, MCPS Zeus is a powerful application designed to manage any systemwide PHP applications installed on MCPS' PrimeTime server by means of a "module" plugin system for ease of installation and uninstallation, with the option of systemwide management for MCPS central office. As with QOHS Zeus, due to the obvious security issues, I cannot post a link to this application.

Site Description: Montgomery County Public School system Division of Plant Operations came to the Quince Orchard Web Team with a project to create a website where employees could log in and securely "purchase" uniforms with a set maximum amount of "money" in each employees "account." Throughout the year, the entire Web Team took process in planning, creating, and testing a fully functional site written in a combination of PHP, xHTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
